Why We Built This Site
Michigan releases a good deal of court and law enforcement information, but no single office holds all of it. A warrant begins with the court that issues it, and that court sets the charge and the bond. The sheriff's office is the agency that serves the paper and can say whether it is still open. A bench warrant for a missed court date usually stays with the court that set the case rather than with the county. Michigan has no public statewide warrant search either. The Law Enforcement Information Network is limited to criminal justice agencies, and the state's Internet Criminal History Access Tool leaves warrant information out.
That split is why a person can check one office, get nothing back, and walk away believing the matter is closed. This site gathers the addresses, portals, phone numbers, fees, and request steps for the offices that actually hold Clinton County warrant records, so a search starts in the right place.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Michigan court, the Clinton County Sheriff's Office, or any state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's office that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site carry search boxes that outside companies operate. Those partners set their own prices and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee, and that revenue keeps this site free to read. We do not control what those tools charge or what their results contain, and a partner result is not an official warrant check.
